We have done it in one semester (about 4 months) and we made the third place at the contest of the laboratory.
Technical details:
- C++ combined with OpenGL
- FBX for the levels
- Ageia PhysX for the physical interaction (you need the Driver to play Flab!)
- FMOD for the sound

- Cubemap Environment Mapping

- Normalmapping
